Default Chat Topic: Mindfulness a way to cope

Hi everyone. Happy New Year. One of the topics we can cover in the Depression and Anxiety Support Chat (Thursdays 8PM-9PM EST) is mindfulness.

I have found mindfulness comes in many different forms and styles. I have tried a secular approach that is experiential and incorporates some short youtube videos with the discussion.
