Thank you both very much for your replies. I actually went backward (!!!) after posting this because I found an excuse to only do one third of my exercises. I'm decorating the house so there is always some wonderful hole waiting to be filled so that I can paint over it next morning.
But really, exercising every day is a "rule" just like tooth brushing. Not just a rule, for me it's about choosing to take time for myself even when I'm angry, or miserable about something. As I get older, I figure that these good or bad choices affect other people around me for better or worse also.
So I am very thankful for your attention and contributions
