I'm not sure about daily A.M depression, but I know when it comes to sunday morning I'm as depressed as they come (every sunday without fail)

no matter what, their's no break in it and I can't even be content

some weeks it's so extreme it turns to shouting for help and for relief, and I never shout- or hardly ever

sunday's and me just never got on. it's that simple. I think it's because when I was a kid they were rest days, and I couldn't stand that- litirally
