One certified psychologist in my area offers "mask making" as a part of therapy. It's probably that you create a mask and then you discuss what it means to you. He also offers touch therapy where you lie down and you agree where he's going to touch you. He explicitly wrote that he will never touch your genitals or breasts I think I would need this one because I'm extremely uncomfortable with people touching me, If he touched my neck I'd run away screaming in panic perhaps that's an indication that I should try it
