I wish I had one here.
Am proud that I went to the gym and walked almost 3 miles on the tred mill.
Came home and ate eggplant/tomato mousaka which was delicious,
and had 1/2 cup of chicken salad.
finishing up a sparkling orange water with liquid stevia flavored sweetener, makes it taste like a dreamsicle. Yummy
Now am getting ready to go to a NAMI (national alliance of the mentally ill)
support group meeting.
Have not been in a year or so.
Hope to see some familiar faces.
