I'm sorry therapy hasn't helped, are you doing something to take care of yourself at the moment? I hope writing here at PC helps a bit. Just remember that you're loved here. I know it's not the same thing as having a support system IRL, but at least it's something. I'm sure you're a wonderful person. Please don't be so hard on yourself. Feel free to PM me anytime.
