It sounds like you’re in a very dark place in your head. I have been in some very dark places in my own mind before. Here’s something you can try, if you’re sitting down notice the feeling of pressure against your legs and your back. If you’re standing, concentrate on the feelings of pressure in your feet. This can help bring you back to the present moment.
