Just to be clear:

-Can't take SSRI's,SNRIs, or anti depressants because they make my mania worse

-Already on lithium (mood stabilizer) and seroquel (atypical anti psychotic)

looking for something that will quite my mind and bring a stillness to it with no racing thoughts. I seem to get them every day and am getting tired of them.
