I know what you mean, rdgrad15. Yes, seeing old places can definitely evoke memories. It doesn't change a lot if there have been renovations. As long as I'm aware that this is the place I used to go, the memories just come back. Unless it's completely different, of course. It's a weird feeling, not happy nor painful.
