Default adhd and caffeine

hi i have adhd autism as well as some other issues.

i have had a lot of trouble with things like reading for years, and i thought it was concentrate with a traumatic event i experienced. but lately ive been trying to read. I recently made an adapted like bullet journal with daily tasks, and it has been working so well however the reading and focus was still difficult.

today after not having caffeine really for a while i had some soda and ice tea im not sure if this has anything to do with it but i could focus so much better a after my family went out and i drank soda. this could have been due to my journal but im not 100 percent sure, and im not sure what to tell my psychiatrist about my focusing well. i also have problems with my expressive communication, and possibly selective muteism

but so far it has kept me awake for a whie
so dose caffeine help focus?

do you have any tips on curbing cabin fever and a bit of hyperactivity? also how to concentrate and focus
