I am sorry for the loss and grief you must be going through. Going back to work is daunting so I had to provide ways to help me through that rough phase. When the emotions got too bad I went to the rest room to compose myself. I found having protein snacks or meals helped my energy levels and emotional stability. Exercising like walking at lunch gave me time away from the office and invigorated and energized me.

Good luck with the work thing. A grief support group also helped because I did not want to talk about my losses at work. Online support helped to
