Only chance I would have is getting fired, so then I have a chance to try and get unemployment for a few months. Then I'll be homeless, which I will never deal with. I'm not someone employers are looking to hire.

Reason I was asking is maybe you could talk to another boss or his boss about his micromanaging. Assuming you do your job well he has no business being up your *** about everything.
