Today I have noticed...
That being true, allowing my emotion to be free,
allows me to be a good friend to myself.
I am not good at emotional regulation.
My emotion is out of control.
My feelings from the past rage on.
That is not accepted in this world.
I am not hurtful to others but myself I can be cruel....
Who can accept me AS IS...
I wish I knew how to get full grasp of my feelings....
