I weigh still 21 stones almost 22 stones ,317 pounds,144 kg.I have not lost weight and am not making progress.This is my fault I have mostly stopped sweets and cakes but I swapped these sweet things for bread and toasted crumpets and I am still eating at the pub which is high calorie.I need to stick to 1200 calories a day and not allow my favourite comfort foods and I need to try walk more and at least do some kind of exercise.I know I can do this.I control what goes into my mouth and I can lose 50 pound a month if I stick to it.I will do this.I can do this.

Today my calories were 1500,so 300 over what they should be.I need to tweak it so that I am down to 1200 calories a day.Tomorrow I have written a plan what to eat to only consume 1200 calories.If I plan my meals and stick to eating only what is in the plan it should work.Lets see how it goes over the next month.
