157 this morning. Only ~1300 calories yesterday, trying to balance out the prior day's overage a little.
@Mountaindewed - an anecdote for you. I woke up early went downstairs, went to the bathroom and weighed. 158. I usually can't get back to sleep when I wake up early, but it was still close to 5 and I was pretty tired so I tried and was able to get a couple of more hours. I went down to take a shower and needed to go again. I did then weighed again. 157. I don't think I peed a full 16 ounces; I think the elimination through exhalation is uneven. Anyway, that's how quickly a pound swing can happen sometimes. If I had gone ahead and stayed awake at 5, had some coffee and yogurt and went to the bathroom an hour or two later, I wouldn't have thought it was from yesterday.
