I stuck to the 1200 calorie diet plan today.I had porridge oats in soya milk with one strawberry and blueberries for breakfast.Lunch was chicken and sweetcorn soup.Dinner was a 5 ounce salmon fillet,sweet potato,peas,broccoli and french beans,with a little olive oil and lemon,baked in the oven.I don't feel hungry and there are no cravings for sweet stuff,cakes,chocolate,ice creme etc.It is really important I do this as they found protein in my urine which means my kidneys are at risk.So day 1 of the diet went well,so far so good.I will take it one day,1 hour at a time.
