My significant other couldn't find the ticket he'd received for a reduced rate on extended parking. He was becomingly increasingly stressed and desperately searching his car. Between the two of us we could NOT find that ticket! As he pulled up to the pay station, he saw a prominent sign with the cost for a lost ticket in bold letters. It was an extortionate amount. I watched his face fall as he pulled up to the station. He's a good man who works really hard. He explained what happened and how long he'd been parked. With a smile, and zero fuss, the parking station worker said: "Don't worry about it, I'll charge you the amount you would pay with your ticket." Her understanding saved him a LOT of money (which he didn't owe) and his stress level immediately dropped. Wishing her peace and joy wherever she is now
