During PMS, my anger worsens, I get more emotional and things seem to affect me more. This is the period where I usually hurt myself but I'm tired of hurting myself and not doing anything about it. I try to listen to music and play my game to help me. Music is usually the main thing that distracts me and puts me in a better mood. Are there any other things that can help my moods?
