I'm so sorry, happycheeks I have never experienced this, so unfortunately I don't have a lot of advice to give. I agree with healing4me abou this. Jus try to find yourself some distractions. What are your hobbies? What do you like to do in your free time? Anything that can help you distract you for a short while. If you're dealing with anger, it could be useful to try out yoga exercises. They can be very helpful for your mind and body. You could also try to buy a punching bag to vent your anger and frustration. Stay safe and take care of yourself. You can do this! You're strong, I know that. I believe in you. I'm so sorry, I wish I've had more advice to give to you. Just wanted to let you know that I'm here for you.
