Hey I was wondering if anyone can share their experience going from a meal plan to intuitive eating? I’ve been on my meal plan for the two years I’ve been in recovery. I’m at the point where it’s pretty easy and nothing really come up around it much anymore. However, it’s been a bit of a safety net for me. The times where I’ve went off it, I’ve felt like a chaotic mess, which I know is ridiculous because food should not have that much power over you. If anyone has any advice starting the intuitive eating process or just would like to share how it went for them, that would be great[emoji4]
