I've never tried it, kmlindgren.13, so unfortunately I don't have a lot of advice to give to you. I agree with seeker33. It's probably all a matter of habit. Just try to learn what may the healthier foods for you, and try to eat them regularly. You can eat a few unhealthy things when you're with friends or during the weekends. That way you'll still feel satisfied. Hopefully you'll get used to it sooner or later. Take all the time you need. Take baby steps. It's not easy, I know. You can do this! You're strong, I know that.
