Do you have a nutritionist? They may be able to help you figure out a plan to start decreasing the caffeine and sugar. It may take some time depending on how much you take in on average. They're usually good at coming up with plans for making alterations to diet with small steps at a time so it's more manageable

I thought of originally taking a caffeine reducing supplement, but I honestly question how safe it is. As for the dietitian, I could once again go back, I just need a referral to one. Another thing I didn't mention is that I'm trying to reduce meat intake to save the environment, and I wonder if it's drastic to my body and needs.
