I write 3 pages in my moleskine every morning as soon as I get up.
I use Trello to track my to dos with that. You just make a card and add a task. It feels good to move cards to the "done" card.
As I write, I think of stuff I have/want to do and just pop it into trello. I used to use wrike, trello is much versatile imo.
It keeps me focused and organized. I have a daily to do column to make sure I do all the things I have to do in my morning routine as well as other aspects I need to keep sorted,
