I'm sorry you are having so much difficulty coming to terms with the loss of your uncle.
There's no timetable for how long grieving should take though. It just takes as long as it takes.
There is such a thing as "complicated grief". Perhaps this is akin to what you are experiencing. Here are links to 4 articles, from PC's archives, on the subject including a quiz you can take to help you determine if the grief you are experiencing might be considered "complicated grief":
