The two times I had to get stitched up they didn't give me a hard time. I was honest and told them I did it myself, and they didn't say anything. Just stitched me up and sent me on my way. They were on the smaller side but still needed stitches. I think if I'd gone in with massive gushing cuts I would have been looking at a psych consult.
