Emdr T wants to start doing the basics of Ifs. We have talked a lot about it so I am willing to give it a try. It seems wonky to me. I cant imagine being able to talk to the parts. She mentioned some people assign a different chair to each part. I get the concepts of different parts. But I dont consider them as seperate. So if anybody has worked with IFS I would love to hear opinions
