I have never experienced this, DelaneyC, so unfortunately I don't have a lot of advice to give to you. I'd suggest to talk to your therapist about this and see how it goes from there. Hopefully she will be able to help you. You could learn new ways to cope with your Eating Disorder. I'm so sorry, I know it's hard. Please don't give up. I hope things will get better soon for you.
