I'm currently on moclobemide but it isn't helping. My previous psychiatrist thought I had pretty much exhausted all options but the new one thinks it is worth trying these two. Though that is mainly because the waiting list for therapy is so long that at least this will look like they are doing something to try to help me...

If I were you, considering the bad experience with quetiapine and aripiprazole, I would try agomelatine first.
What does your current psychiatrist think about it?
