It's just not necessary to retest in all cases. Ones that were still in therapy probably just had their codes changed for insurance purposes. The clinicians were probably fairly sure of their clients' subtype of OSDD just from the course of therapy. Much of the diagnostic assessment just comes from interactions with the client over time rather than a formal diagnostic process anyway.
