I'm approved, just turned in all my paperwork! Now I find out what it'll cost me and when I move in. Hope I get my tax return in time for the deposit, or I'll be putting it on my credit card, not my desired outcome. However, I have to modify my taxes left off SS income, used turbo tax and it never asked, but I found out I have to include it even though it's not taxable.
