It was quite a day. I almost fell asleep standing afterward!

Today (Saturday) I feel extremely exhausted and my goals for this day are meant to be easy:

- Relax as much as possible
- Try to be mindful and have relaxed breath from siituation to situation
- Do easy work in the home
- Eat healthy meals
- Plan the meals in advance
- Imagine the meals, what good it does for my body etc.
- Grocery

A good weekend to all!

PS. I have decided to start to focus more on planning and eating nutritious meals every day.

I have already planned the meals for Sunday!
