I'm so sorry, xmascarol I understand how you feel. Yes, anxiety can definitely make you feel gassy and turn your stomach upside down. I believe it's actually pretty normal. Some people have it worse than others. If it's getting too overwhelming for you, I'd suggest to talk to your doctor about this and see how it goes from there. Hopefully he/she will be able to help you. I understand why you'd feel embarassed, but please remember that there's nothing to be ashamed of. It's not your fault. From what you wrote, it seems like you're doing everything you can to keep it in check. Good for you! Be proud of yourself for that. Don't worry, I didn't find your thread disgusting at all.
