I'm so sorry you're struggling, athlete78 I completely agree with piggy momma. I'd suggest to talk to your doctor about this and see how it goes from there. Hopefully he/she will be able to help you. Food addiction can be really serious, and it may develop into an eating disorder if it's not handled properly. I hope you'll be able to get the help you need and deserve.
