I have been taking valdoxen (aglomelatine) for a few months now, my psychiatrist added it alongside my 100mg pristiq, rather than increasing my pristiq dose. I am finding it really good, honestly, despite the expense. I have had no side effects that I know of (unlike the pristiq) and my liver function tests have all been fine. I am falling asleep soooo much faster, and no longer have to sedate myself with other drugs (which would often leave me feeling drowsy in the morning)
