As of a month ago, I no longer work. My soaring anxiety has all but disappeared. But there is now a huge vaccum in my days. I am no longer as occupied as I was. So I find other things to occupy me:
art
reading
cooking
writing
longer dog walking
meditating
What I don't do (yet) is watch television or films. I think part of that might stem from a lack of concentration on things. I just can't bear to sit still for very long.
