Hey everyone. I see my psychologist next week at 6pm. I just wish he could help me more, but I don't think there is a better way to deal with my problems.

Possible trigger:
The only way to get out of this nightmare, I feel, is to just off myself. I've tried therapy for years and it's not getting better, things are only getting worse, and will continue to do so. I'm trapped in this box, and I can't see a good option.
