Few days back I was discussing with my pdoc about the medication that relieved my frequent bouts of anger and agitation. But we couldn't recall what helped me in the first place, instead settled with 0.25mg Xanax.

Does anyone have recommendations on which medication that could possibly help relieve such feelings? Would mood stabilizers do the trick? Trying to reduce dependency on benzos as much as possible.
