I suspect I was molested by a family member in grade school who used to babysit me but I don’t have memories. Just the anxiety/panic when I think about them and other memories (like being ambivalent to maybe even glad they had died). Is it possible this happened? If so will the memories come back?

I have ptsd from other sexual abuse.
