I guess the word would be voyeur (or at least it's a form of voyeurism - ie enjoying watching sex), which probably should be considered a perfectly legit sexual orientation as long as between consenting adults (or in this case consenting performers).

For myself, I miss physical contact and affection but the sexual aspects of relationships (as well as the attachment aspects) are too difficult for me to cope with usually so it's better than nothing.
