Although often I find the "issue" forums too overwhelming or draining and can't cope. So I will retreat to just the "fluffy" general chat type sub-forums. I feel a little guilty about that, but we all have to look after ourselves.

In addition to getting and giving support, I also hang out on the forums sometimes for something to do when I don't feel up to other things in life.
