Oatmeal is a good suggestion! Or cream of wheat with milk and sugar (or sweetener of choice). I grew up on both. Hot cereal is great. Cold cereal with fruit is also quick and easy. I'm in the US so my picture of biscuits are probably off the mark.. I see a dinner item.. I'm not a breakfast person even tho I *know* how important it's supposed to be. I just drink coffee usually. But I do get hungry after and do have anxiety and stomach issues. (Coffee bad I know) I eat a lot of fresh food as often as I can. Steel cut oatmeal is my go to not the instant kind. But you say in a hurry so I'd say go with instant. Microwave 2 minutes and they come in flavors too.. Smoothies are great. Fruits and veggies you can just drink, add yogurt etc. Whatever you really enjoy. Protein powder. Fill your belly. You could prep stuff the night before and warm it for morning?
