I am very weird, but I have two friends (no more, no family, no acquaintances, never had a boyfriend -I haven't had my first kiss yet and I am 22yo, I don't go out-). They are not "normal" young people, though they are not pathologically abnormal as I am. It's not mandatory to be like other young adults to avoid isolation.
I have high standards, something which I can overrule but don't want to for some genetic reason, so if I want to mingle I'll have to at least be obviously not 'dull and crazy.'

I am sorry you're going through this... Sunshine will come, I don't know when, but I guess it will come... for all of us? Best wishes.
