Thank you all for taking time to write your ideas for me All sound nice, but I don't know if I could eat some of them when I have anxiety, like pancakes for example.
Yogurt sounds good, but I wonder, will it make me feel full enough for several hours?
It's difficult to have something little and easy to eat that also makes you feel full, I know...
Maybe milk could work, though I prefer tea, but milk is probably shorter to prepare...
I'm also considering eating half of a fruit, since one takes too much time, and bringing in my bag a little chocolate snack to eat on the train (not to one I'm bringing for the break). Sometimes when I go out I already have less nausea. I'm just worried my teeth won't look pretty after it, lol.
