Can anyone tell me how to release this anger. I’m not even actually mad over anything. My day has gone so well. But I have this need to not only verbally fight with someone but to literally kick the crap out of someone. I’m never a fighter and was never the type to resolve conflicts like that. But today it’s a strong need.

Any suggestions?
