I wish I could give you some advice on how to deal with it yourself but my manias only end on their own terms. Mine go from bad to worse during the time that I give into the pain and pleasure to the point of making an attempt and only then does it start to slow down. That is obviously not what we want to see for you
Medication can help though, do you have a pdoc or even gp you could talk to right now?
