Gotta love a vicious circle.... I'm now getting anxious about my anxiety. Maybe it's because the event I'm going to tomorrow is so important to me. I'm scared my anxiety will bring physical symptoms that will ruin it for me
usually I'm okay telling myself "it's just anxiety" but it's much stronger now, making it harder.
I just want to get this stress out of me somehow! Already worked out earlier in the evening and it's now past midnight so I really need to get some sleep :/
