as far as I know the guidelines say we only get one name change, but there are exceptions to this... (
Why are we only allowed to change our username once? )
my suggestion is contact doc john by pm, and explain why you would like a second name change and an idea of what you would like your new name change to be this way you are ready in case you do fit with the exceptions to this guideline.
