Hugs to you for what you are going through.

Maybe focusing on doing what you do best is a good way to go. Then you can feel more confident and use your strengths, rather than exposing your weaknesses.

I’m no therapist, just another human being.

I experienced some social anxiety and awkwardness at times and it hindered me. But for the most part, I was very comfortable around family, friends, strangers, authority figures, etc...

I studied acting and had to get over any embarrassment from literally falling on my face in front of a room full of people. I felt like the audience wanted to see me succeed. I felt, even if I blew my lines or fell on my azz, they wanted to like me and see me ‘shine’.

IDK, just some thoughts...
