Angelique - I apologise if this is intrusive but like dancinglady I don't know about your situation. I looked back and saw that you were committed from your flat and had hopes of a group home situation.

I had a young friend who spent several years in a nursing home, - tetraplegic after an accident. It was tough but eventually she found someone to advocate and got privileges and moved into independent living again. That's why I feel sympathy for all who live in nursing homes.
