Now, as a person who deals with mental health probs on a daily basis, I want to tell you - do everything in your power to not grasp onto those thoughts. Do everything in your power to just let go and just not worry about 'what you think' might be happening and 'what you think' is the case concering other people. Because if you can influence that control of your own mind, I guarantee you - you'll be happier and just free of all the things worrying you. Let go, let go, don't worry, feel happy. Forget your bf - and that will give you a level of peace.
Go onto the internet and look into ways of letting go. Our minds are our own worst enemies in a lot of respects friend. It's illusions.
